Before you write
Two things we get asked constantly, both answerable faster than we can reply:
- Lost the link to a gift you made? Everything you have built is listed under My gifts — signed in, or in the browser you built it in.
- Forgotten a gift's PIN? We genuinely cannot recover it. It is stored as a hash and the plaintext never left your browser.
Reporting something
If a gift someone sent you is abusive, impersonates somebody, or uses photos it shouldn't, email the support address with the link. Content involving a minor is the one category we escalate to the authorities rather than just remove — see the terms.
